To Reserve:

A 50% deposit is required to secure the house within 7 days of booking, with the balance due 45 days prior to your rental check-in date.  (Final balance due 90 days prior to arrival for Christmas, New Years bookings.)

We accept personal cheques, money orders or bank drafts for the initial deposit. The final payment must be made by money order, bank draft or wire transfer--please inquire about details.  We're sorry, credit cards are not accepted at this time.

A $300.00 US refundable security/damage deposit is due with the final payment and will be refunded within 14 days of departure, after inspection of the casa for damage or breakage of items.

Casa Pamela is an adult exclusive property and we request bookings with no children under the age of 16, please. 

A telephone deposit of $100.00 US is payable to the Property Manager upon arrival at Casa Pamela if you plan to use the telephone for long distance calls.  The balance of the deposit will be refunded within 14 business days of receipt of the final telephone bill.  As long distance calls are very expensive from Mexico it is suggested you have your friends and family call you if necessary. 

The occupancy of the Casa is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit is a direct violation of our rental agreement and a penalty of $100.00 US per extra person per night will be levied and you could be asked to vacate the premises.

All rates are subject to change without notice, but your booking will be honoured at the quoted rate once the initial deposit has been received.

CHECK-IN time is 3:00 P.M.

CHECK-OUT time is 11:00 A.M.

PLEASE NOTE: As Casa Pamela is a non-smoking home, we invite to you smoke outside or on the patio only, please.  We are sorry, but pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy:

We recommend trip cancellation insurance.   Please click on Insure my Trip.com for information.  We hope you don't have to cancel, but if it happens:

During any cancellation, a $250.00 non-refundable fee will be charged in addition to: From time of booking to 151 days prior to arrival, money received is 90% refundable 150 to 90 days prior to arrival, money received is 80% refundable 45 to 89 days prior to arrival, money received is 40% refundable 44 or less days prior to arrival total amount paid is non-refundable (88 days for Christmas/New Year bookings If the property can be rebooked for the exact same dates and at the same rate you will receive a full refund, less the non-refundable cancellation fee Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and a confirmation of receipt will be issued.
